Koko is a buy now, pay later service from Dinnovation (Pvt) Limited that helps customers spread the cost of purchases at participating online and in-store retailers. Customers can pay in three equal instalments over 60 days with 0% interest and no administration fees, mark-ups, or hidden charges. Payments can be made using a debit or credit card, and spending approval is assessed for each purchase.

Through the Koko app, customers can browse participating stores, view payment instalments, track balances and upcoming payments, and manage purchases. For online shopping, customers select Koko at checkout; in-store, they scan a retailer’s QR code with the app and tap to pay. The service features shops across categories including fashion, electronics, and lifestyle.

Koko also offers eligible customers the option to request payment rescheduling through the app, subject to its terms. Merchants can use Koko to offer the payment service to shoppers, with access to a merchant portal.
