About Pharmacy Council of Nigeria
The Pharmacy Council of Nigeria (PCN) is a Federal Government parastatal established by Act 91 of 1992, responsible for regulating and controlling Pharmacy Education, Practice, and Training. PCN oversees various aspects of pharmacy practice in Nigeria, including Pharmacy Technicians and Patent and Proprietary Medicines Vendors (PPMVs). The council sets standards for pharmacists, maintains a register of pharmacy technicians, and ensures the enforcement of regulations through pharmaceutical inspectors.
