PCPLD Network is a charity focused on improving palliative and end-of-life care for people with learning disabilities. Founded in 1998 by professionals in learning disability and palliative care, it grew from concern that people with learning disabilities facing life-limiting illness were not accessing the same services or receiving the same quality of care as others.
