Established in 1977 as a joint venture between the Government of Singapore, The Development Bank of Singapore Limited, and the Japan-Singapore Petrochemicals Company Limited (JSPC), PCS has become a trusted supplier of high-quality ethylene, propylene, acetylene, butadiene, 1-butene, MTBE, and benzene.

As the center company of the Singapore Essential Chemicals Complex, PCS not only supplies these essential chemicals but also provides utilities like water, steam, and compressed air to pipeline-customers who rely on them to produce their high-quality chemical products. In addition to these offerings, PCS also exports toluene and xylene to the Southeast Asia region and beyond for further processing.
