Pomorskie Centrum Tenisa (PCT) is a sports foundation developing a modern racquet-sports and leisure centre in Pierwoszyno, near Gdynia on Poland’s Baltic coast. The planned facility will bring tennis, badminton and squash together under one roof, with a sports hall designed for comfortable use throughout the year. Plans include nine tennis courts, four badminton courts and four squash courts, supported by nearly 2,000 square metres of service space and spacious parking.
The project also envisages a three-star hotel, restaurant, fitness and CrossFit facilities, a tennis shop and a sports rehabilitation clinic. PCT aims to support sport through its foundation, sports club and sports centre, and anticipates involvement from licensed coaches, athletes and instructors. The tennis courts are planned to feature cushioned Laykold Masters 5 acrylic surfaces.
Environmental measures under consideration include solar and wind energy, rainwater retention and energy storage. The centre’s coastal location offers proximity to Gdynia and nearby tourist destinations, including Rewa and Mechelinki
