PDRdesigns is an architecture firm focused on creating custom homes along the Jersey Shore, helping clients turn ideas into comfortable places for coastal living and lasting memories. The firm works on new homes, additions, and renovations, including kitchens, living spaces, basements, and other home improvements. Its services extend beyond producing designs: PDRdesigns guides clients through the full design and construction process, starting with project feasibility and concept development, and continuing with contractor selection, required local approvals, and involvement during construction.

This hands-on approach is intended to help ensure that the finished project reflects the agreed design and the client’s needs. The firm also shares practical information about building and renovation topics, including pools, decks, heating, and accessibility features. Its history includes renovation projects for people facing significant challenges, among them a former lifeguard who became paralyzed and a veteran whose home had a damp, moldy basement.
