Parkinson’s Dynamics is a Huntsville, Alabama-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit supporting people with Parkinson’s and their families. Since beginning in 2016, the organization has focused on helping its community live well today and find hope for tomorrow through exercise, education, wellness, and personal support. Its programs are designed around the needs of people with Parkinson’s and aim to help participants build strength, mobility, communication, confidence, and connection.

Offerings include Rock Steady Boxing, a non-contact boxing program; PWR! Moves®, which uses functional exercises to support mobility and reduce fall risk; and SPEAK OUT!® therapy to help rebuild vocal strength and communication. Parkinson’s Dynamics also provides specialized programs, classes, and an intake process to help participants identify suitable options. The organization works with local neurologists, therapists, movement disorder specialists, and other wellness professionals, and welcomes people who want to participate, volunteer, donate, or sponsor events. With a renovated facility for exercise, education, and community connection, Parkinson’s Dynamics offers practical resources and a supportive community for those navigating Parkinson’s.
