About Výměník
Výměník is a social service and a fair employer for individuals with mental and other illnesses. Our mission is to support them so that they can live and work without hospitalization. We offer a range of services to promote mental health care, including administrative services, a café, a sewing workshop, a technical workshop, and social services.
We focus on developing the work and social skills of mentally ill individuals through social and occupational rehabilitation. Moreover, we provide employment opportunities specifically designed for individuals with mental illness. We also support clients in finding and maintaining jobs in the open labor market and offer assistance to employers.
Additionally, we actively strive to destigmatize the employment of individuals with mental illness.
