Peacefulminds offers educational and therapeutic fishing activities designed to support mental health. Guided by experienced educators, its program introduces people of different ages, from children to adults, and with a range of health conditions to fishing as a way to spend time outdoors and engage with nature. The organization highlights potential benefits such as calm, concentration, pride in personal achievements, and a welcome break from everyday worries. Participants can enjoy quiet moments by the water, shared conversation, and the excitement of catching a fish, with opportunities shaped around the experience of each person.

Peacefulminds provides the required fishing equipment, so participants do not need to bring their own. The website also explains that costs may be covered by organizations such as health or care insurers, pension providers, youth welfare services, or social assistance agencies, and offers help exploring funding options. Because fishing regulations in Germany can be complex, Peacefulminds can also advise on legal requirements and possible arrangements for taking part without an angling license.
