PeaceTalks is an initiative that highlights the stories of people making a positive contribution to peace. Through events, videos and online content, it shares personal experiences and ideas that show how individuals and communities can choose peace and put it into action. Its activities bring together voices including diplomats, peacebuilders, community leaders and artists, with events held in Geneva and other locations.
The Geneva PeaceTalks is a featured programme, convening speakers to share stories connected to current challenges and everyday efforts to build peace; the 2026 event, themed “Choose Peace,” is scheduled for 13 October at the CICG and will also be livestreamed. PeaceTalks also collaborates with initiatives such as Geneva Peace Week and Rwanda YouthTalks. Visitors can explore an archive of PeaceTalks videos by playlist, theme or event, learn about the people featured, and follow news and upcoming activities.
