Peak 63 is a Swedish consultancy helping the sports and outdoor industry move towards a more sustainable and regenerative future. The organisation began operating in 2008 as Peak Innovation, Sweden’s national initiative for innovation and sustainability in the sector, and became a consultancy agency under the Peak 63 name in 2020. It combines specialist knowledge of the industry with sustainability expertise to support lasting positive impact for the planet and people.
Its services include strategy and change support to help brands lead with purpose and resilience, and industry networks that encourage collaborative progress. Peak 63 also works on smarter snow management, provides market expertise in Nordic sports and outdoor sectors, and connects research with industry to advance product innovation. Its work is guided by the principle that sustainability should inform an organisation’s wider strategy and development, rather than sit within a single function. The consultancy prioritises assignments and projects that contribute positively to the environment, climate or people, and builds connections between businesses and sector-wide organisations to identify shared opportunities.
