Peakin High Performance

Peakin High Performance provides coaching to help athletes strengthen their mental game and perform at their best in sport and everyday life. Led by Ciaran, the brand offers high-performance coaching for athletes, including mountain bikers, with support focused on racing, confidence, nerves, concentration and goal achievement. Its approach is built around six habits: seeking clarity, generating energy, raising necessity, increasing productivity, developing influence and demonstrating courage. Through these habits, clients learn to define meaningful goals, manage their physical and mental energy, embrace pressure, follow through on plans, build supportive relationships and take on challenges.

Testimonials from elite, junior and endurance athletes describe improvements in race-day focus, mindset, confidence and performance, with benefits that can extend beyond sport into work and wider life. Peakin High Performance also shares content through its blog and a podcast conversation about achieving high performance in mountain biking and life. The coaching is intended for athletes looking to develop a more purposeful, resilient approach to training and competition while supporting long-term success and personal well-being.
