Pearls. jp is the retail brand of Amit Trading, a family-run Tokyo pearl wholesaler founded in 1969. With two generations of experience and membership in the Japan Pearl Exporters’ Association since 1971, the company supplies pearl businesses worldwide and offers its carefully selected jewelry directly to individual customers.
It buys from farms in Japan, Australia, Indonesia, the Philippines and French Polynesia, then grades pearls in its Roppongi showroom. Its collections feature Japanese Akoya, Tahitian, gold South Sea and white South Sea pearls, alongside necklaces, earrings, rings, bracelets and men’s jewelry. The ICHIÉ line presents individually made, one-of-a-kind high-jewelry pieces.
Pearls. jp also sells loose pearls and strands and provides wholesale services for brands, retailers, wholesalers and jewelers. At its Tokyo showroom, visitors can compare pearl types in person, with walk-ins welcome.
Jewelry is handcrafted in Japan, including pearl drilling, stringing and knotting. Services include jewelry design, restringing, repair and remaking. Purchases come with a signed certificate of authenticity, insured worldwide shipping and a 30-day return period for eligible unworn pieces
