About International Peatland Society
The International Peatland Society (IPS) is a leading international organization dedicated to the responsible management and wise use of peatlands and peat. With 1,575 individual, corporate, student, institutional, and NGO members from 37 countries, including 16 National Committees and three Commissions, the IPS is a global network of experts and stakeholders. The IPS works towards its vision by promoting, gathering, exchanging, and communicating knowledge and experience related to peatlands and peat.
