Pisciculture Moulin de Boissonnie is a family-run fish farm in Douzillac, in the Périgord Blanc region of Dordogne. The family took over the business in 2007 and raises rainbow trout, brook trout and some golden trout, supplied by the Beauronne River. Its approach emphasizes fish raised in a natural environment, carefully selected feed without GMOs, and processing methods that avoid preservatives. The farm received AquaREA certification in 2017 for environmentally responsible aquaculture in Aquitaine.

Visitors can enjoy leisure trout fishing at the farm’s pond, buy fresh fish, or order live fish for stocking ponds and waterways. The shop offers trout portions, fillets and steaks, as well as smoked trout, smoked trout eggs and Apéritruite, including dill and Espelette pepper varieties. The farm also makes artisan products such as trout rillettes. Pisciculture Moulin de Boissonnie welcomes customers in a relaxed setting and provides seasonal opening hours for fishing and shop visits. Located at Moulin de Petit Boissonnie, it serves visitors seeking local fish products and outdoor recreation in Dordogne.
