MUDr. Jana Sedláčková is a general medical practice for children and adolescents serving families in Kardašova Řečice and Deštná, Czech Republic. The practice provides routine care and preventive services, with information for parents about required and recommended vaccinations and preventive examinations. Its listed services also include rapid tests and ear piercing. Since August 2025, the clinic has offered vision screening using a Plusoptix device. The examination is free and can be performed for children from six months of age, without requiring them to actively cooperate beyond opening their eyes briefly.

Families are asked to book appointments in advance by phone so the clinic can arrange a specific time and reduce waiting. The website also shares practice updates, opening-hour changes, holiday arrangements, and contact information for specialist clinics and contracted health insurers. Parents can reach the practice by telephone, email, or Facebook; the clinic notes that email is the quickest way to contact the doctor outside working hours.
