Pediatric Clinic of La Porte provides medical care for infants, children, and adolescents from newborn through age 18. Led by pediatrician Rahman S. Uddin, MD, FAAP, the clinic serves La Porte and nearby communities, with a second location, Hill Ave Clinic, in Dickinson. Dr. Uddin trained in Guyana and India, worked as a general practitioner in Guyana, and completed his pediatric residency at Morristown Memorial Hospital in New Jersey before establishing the La Porte practice. He has served children in the area for 19 years.

Services include wellness exams with immunizations, sick visits, in-house testing for strep, flu, RSV, and urine concerns, nebulized treatments, therapeutic injections, ear washes, and ADHD/ADD care. The practice accepts most insurance plans, including Medicaid and private insurance, and also offers fee-for-service care. Its bilingual staff welcomes walk-ins, though appointments are encouraged to help patients be seen on time. Both locations operate Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturday, 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Appointments are scheduled by phone.
