About Peek und Cloppenburg
Peek & Cloppenburg (P&C) is one of Germany's most established fashion retail groups, with roots dating back to 1900 when Heinrich Cloppenburg opened his first menswear store in Düsseldorf. The German P&C group — operated by P&C Hamburg — grew into a multi-storey fashion department store chain offering men's, women's, and childrenswear across premium and everyday brands including Tommy Hilfiger, Polo Ralph Lauren, Marc Cain, Fred Perry, Wellensteyn, and Alpha Industries, alongside its own private labels. Following insolvency proceedings that began in 2023, the Hamburg-based P&C group underwent significant restructuring, with the peek-und-cloppenburg.
