Pegasus Veterinary Equine Dentistry is a mobile veterinary service based in Bunbury, Western Australia, led by Dr Clinton Float. A qualified veterinary professional with more than 20 years of experience in equine dentistry, medicine and surgery, Dr Float provides dental care for horses, ponies and donkeys. The service combines specialist knowledge with modern dental equipment to support routine care and more complex needs.
Services include routine dental examinations and cleaning, advanced equine dentistry, dental radiographic imaging, oral scoping, drenching, vaccinations and other veterinary treatments and procedures. Mobile appointments allow care to be provided at home, helping reduce the stress of travel and supporting recovery. Clients should be present, or arrange for someone capable of handling the animal, during appointments.
When advanced surgical procedures are needed, they are performed at veterinary hospitals. Pegasus also accepts referrals and shares information about equine dental health through a blog featuring reflections on real-life cases. The practice prioritises a calm, safe environment for animals, clients and veterinarians, and offers weekday appointments by arrangement.
