Established in 1979 after a split from the Eastern Pampanga Electric Cooperative, PELCO II has undergone significant transformations, rising from challenges to achieve an AAA rating from the National Electrification Administration. The cooperative provides reliable electricity services while adhering to competitive rates, ensuring the satisfaction of its Member-Consumer-Owners.
