Pelkey's Archery

Vermont Junior Archers JOAD Ltd is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit youth archery organization hosted by Pelkey’s Archery. Its program supports archers at different stages, from basic instruction through participation in national competitions. The organization coordinates JOAD classes and meetings, regular practices, tournaments, travel teams, and road trips, helping young members develop their skills and take part in archery events. Its activities also include junior road and road teams, tournament travel planning, and fundraisers such as ticket sales, gift giveaways, and silent auctions to support Vermont’s junior archers.

Pelkey’s Archery, the organization’s host, is described as a full-service archery pro shop with indoor and outdoor ranges, and emphasizes customer service and teaching. The site also shares practical resources for members and families, including schedules, results, forms, tournament directions, travel and hotel information, and links to archery organizations and clubs. Team clothing and uniform options are made available through a linked store. Together, the nonprofit’s youth programming and the shop’s facilities and resources provide a community setting for learning, practice, competition, and team participation.
