The Pelvic Place Physical Therapy is a Houston-based concierge clinic specializing in personalized pelvic floor therapy for women, men, and people of all genders. Led by Dr. Esther Amagoh, a residency-trained, dual CAPP-certified pelvic health and pregnancy/postpartum specialist, the practice supports clients across life stages, from pediatric and adolescent care to pregnancy, menopause, and geriatric health.

Services address pelvic pain, painful intimacy, bladder leakage and urgency, bowel dysfunction, prolapse symptoms, pregnancy and postpartum concerns, abdominal weakness, C-section recovery, and men’s and gender-affirming pelvic health needs. The clinic also offers pre- and post-surgical rehabilitation and care for related back, hip, and pelvic pain. Treatment may include hands-on therapy, neuromuscular re-education, dry needling, biofeedback, electrical stimulation, dilator training, and other specialized approaches.

Care begins with a detailed consultation and evaluation, with treatment often starting the same day. Sessions are private, one-on-one, and 60–90 minutes, with individualized plans designed to help clients understand their concerns and work toward greater comfort and confidence.
