FL PelvicPro Therapy

PelvicPro Therapy provides personalized pelvic floor physical therapy in Orlando and throughout Florida, helping individuals address intimate health concerns and improve their quality of life. Led by Sandi Smith, PT, an experienced therapist specializing in pelvic floor dysfunction, the practice offers one-on-one, trauma-informed care in a safe, nonjudgmental setting. Services support women, men, LGBTQ+ clients, and people experiencing menopause-related concerns, with treatment for conditions such as pelvic pain and incontinence.

Care is tailored to each client’s needs and goals, combining physical therapy with education about pelvic anatomy, function, self-care, and strategies for long-term health. Customized exercises and lifestyle guidance help clients better understand their symptoms and take an active role in their progress. PelvicPro Therapy offers in-person appointments, including home visits for homebound clients, as well as phone coaching. Clients can schedule an evaluation, follow-up sessions, or a discovery call to discuss their concerns and treatment options. Home visits and coaching have listed fees, and insurance may apply through Luna and Life Care Physical Therapy.
