Pelvi Vital is a pelvic floor training provider based in Steffisburg, Switzerland, focused on helping clients build strength and stability to support their everyday wellbeing. Its service centers on guided training with modern equipment, performed comfortably while seated and fully clothed. A typical session takes about 28 minutes, after which clients can return to their usual activities.

Pelvi Vital offers a free trial session that includes an initial conversation and a review of the client’s medical history. At this appointment, staff check relevant exclusion criteria, consider symptoms and recommend an individual training plan. Sessions take place under professional guidance in a discreet setting, with support from certified pelvic floor specialists.

Plans are tailored using an assessment-based score system, and flexible packages are described for prevention, after childbirth, and mild, moderate or more severe symptoms. Pelvi Vital presents its approach as a way to strengthen physical health, improve quality of life and support greater confidence through personalized training. Trial sessions and appointments can be reserved through its booking system
