Pendleton Boxing

Pendleton Boxing Club is a community boxing gym in Pendleton, Oregon, welcoming children and adults at all experience levels. Its primary mission is to give young people in Pendleton and nearby areas an active, supportive place to develop, while offering adults a way to learn boxing and improve fitness. The club emphasizes hard work, discipline, integrity, dedication, commitment, and respect, fostering an atmosphere where members can grow in and out of the ring.

Training can help members build endurance, hand and foot speed, reaction time, balance, and cardiovascular fitness, and support health and weight-loss goals. Beginners are encouraged to learn at their own pace; athletic clothing is needed to start, with wraps and gloves recommended for ongoing training. The club offers weekday children’s classes, adult and competition classes, and a Thursday ladies’ night. Children’s training generally begins around age eight, depending on maturity and attention span. Monthly fees listed are $30 for college-age members and younger, and $45 for adults; family and yearly rates may be available.
