It helps businesses turn customer emails into a focused pipeline of trackable opportunities, making it easier to see which inquiries need attention and what to do next. Its features include AI-generated email summaries that highlight key requests, dates, and next steps; smart reply drafts and follow-up reminders; and a workspace for reviewing conversations, client details, files, deal values, and progress together. Users can manage opportunities from the first inquiry through to booked work, including drafting replies and creating invoices.

Peonies is aimed at businesses such as florists, event professionals, photographers, and studios whose client pipeline primarily lives in email. Its current web workspace is offered as a limited, free beta with founder-led onboarding and hands-on support. Gmail access is requested separately and only when users choose to connect an inbox. Peonies also offers an iPhone app separately, with monthly and annual subscription options.
