People is a blockchain platform designed to help communities create and manage digital projects without coding or specialized crypto skills. Its public testnet lets users launch community tokens, mint NFT membership cards, raise funding through token sales, and generate smart contracts from plain-language descriptions using audited OpenZeppelin templates. People says a wallet can be created in about 30 seconds using a phone or browser, with private keys kept on the user’s device.

The platform’s token launch model sends 10% of each new token’s supply to that token’s community pool, separate from network fees. Creator allocations unlock linearly over 180 days. Network fees are distributed among validators, community pools, the treasury, liquidity, and Growth, rather than being burned. Fees are paid in PPL.

People also offers founder cards and a participation program, plus tools for community AI agents whose payments and activity are visible on-chain. The network is currently available as a public testnet, not a mainnet, and is positioned for clubs, creators, and local communities.
