People Gateway

PeopleGateway is an Italian innovative startup and benefit company that helps employers access qualified workers from abroad through a coordinated, legally structured international mobility process. The company works with qualified partners to manage each stage, from candidate sourcing in more than 12 countries to training, documentation, relocation and integration in Italy. Its candidate pool is prepared according to ethical standards, with profiles aligned to sector needs and documentation in order.

Before arrival, local accredited partners provide Italian-language instruction, civic education and sector-specific technical training. PeopleGateway also supports visa and permit procedures, offering end-to-end legal assistance, then helps with the move, housing and post-arrival integration, including social inclusion. A digital platform brings tracking, compliance and documentation together in one interface, giving employers visibility across the process.

Designed to address skills shortages, PeopleGateway aims to make international recruitment safer and more manageable for businesses. Employers can contact the company to discuss their workforce needs and assess a suitable recruitment and mobility pathway.
