GRIT Studios is a creative hub that offers quality and affordable studio spaces for artists, makers, and creatives in Stockport and Manchester. More than just a space to craft, GRIT Studios fosters open collaboration, problem-solving, and sharing opportunities to help the community realize their potential.
The brand's philosophy is simple: to home creatives with GRIT. The story of GRIT Studios began with a 4,800sq ft derelict building in Stockport town center. Despite its long list of issues, the founders saw its potential and worked diligently to restore and transform the space into awesome creative studios. Since its opening in 2021, the studios have been completely full, breathing life into an unloved building, creating jobs in the local community, and adding color to the neighborhood.
