Its coaching team includes five professionals with World Tour experience, former professional racing careers, and expertise in coaching riders from beginner to advanced levels. The platform offers more than 500 workouts, with its training library growing over time. It works on web and mobile, syncs with Garmin, Wahoo, Strava, Zwift, and Polar, and supports workout formats including FIT and ZWO, as well as importing ZWO, ERG, and MRC files.
