PerdanaHealth

PerdanaHealth is a Malaysia-originated health initiative focused on advancing equity, strengthening national capability and building an ASEAN-ready approach to connected care. Its work brings together clinical insight, public-health thinking and implementation discipline, with an emphasis on supporting healthcare workers and building on existing institutions and systems.

For organisations, PerdanaHealth offers a staged, clinician-governed implementation pathway called HEIS. It begins with a rapid diagnostic, followed by a costed design sprint and, where separately commissioned, a bounded demonstrator and ongoing programme management. Each stage has defined scope, accountable owners and measurable objectives, with decisions guided by evidence.

The initiative is also developing a Healthcare Workforce Federation model to connect verified credential references, competency, availability and workforce wellbeing through accountable institutions. Perdana Academy offers free self-study courses, including a four-lesson course with a knowledge check and printable learning record. Other proposed or forthcoming areas include WholeHealth Workwear and a WholeHealth × One Health membership and procurement concept.
