PereiraVive is a free, community-built rental platform serving Pereira, Risaralda, and nearby municipalities. Created in response to the earthquake and the resulting need for housing, it helps people find rental properties and lets residents report “for rent” signs they spot on the street, building a shared map of available homes. Listings can be browsed without creating an account, with filters for property type, municipality, neighborhood, price, and number of bedrooms.

The site features apartments, houses, rooms, studio apartments, and commercial spaces, and identifies listings reported from the street or posted directly by landlords. Users can also publish a property, update or remove their own notice, and report excessive rent charges. For landlords seeking additional support, PereiraVive connects them with an online rental insurance quote through Facilito Casa, backed by Suramericana S.

A. ; the service offers a tenant assessment at no cost and online contract signing. PereiraVive says it charges no commissions and emphasizes in-person property checks and avoiding advance payments
