Perfectly Planned Parties

Perfectly Planned Parties by Andrea is a Branford, Connecticut-based event and catering business serving the Connecticut shoreline. Drawing on more than 35 years of restaurant and hospitality experience, the business focuses on attentive customer service, careful planning, and creating a welcoming experience for guests. Its team works with clients to understand their vision and coordinate event details for occasions such as weddings, corporate events, holiday parties, birthdays, and showers.

Offerings include handcrafted charcuterie boards and platters featuring meats, cheeses, fruits, and accompaniments, as well as grazing tables, hors d’oeuvres, and dessert treats. Clients can also book hands-on charcuterie workshops to learn board-building techniques. Event services range from consultations and coordination to staffing with event managers, servers, waitstaff, and bartenders. An event shop provides supplies and decorations for hosts planning their own celebrations. By bringing food, staffing, and planning support together, Perfectly Planned Parties aims to ease the demands of hosting and help clients create events tailored to their preferences.
