Perinatal Health Connect

Perinatal Health Connect is an organization dedicated to supporting families throughout pregnancy, childbirth, and early parenthood. Its mission is to provide inclusive, culturally responsive resources that help individuals make informed choices, encourage positive birth experiences, and nurture thriving families. The organization works to make comprehensive perinatal care more equitable and accessible to the Asheville, North Carolina community.

Through the Blue Ridge Doula Collective, Perinatal Health Connect helps families access birth doula, postpartum doula, and overnight care support, with funding available to reduce financial barriers. In partnership with Flow of Life Yoga, it offers scholarships, equity seats, and community pricing for childbirth education, prenatal yoga, and postnatal yoga. The organization also supports free and low-cost community meetups and educational opportunities, recognizing that pregnancy and postpartum can feel isolating.

Perinatal Health Connect’s programs are designed to help families feel valued, informed, and supported through the challenges and joys of the perinatal journey. Donations help sustain its accessible services and broaden support for local families.
