Welcome to Djanbung Gardens, the home of Permaculture College Australia. Located in the beautiful Nimbin valley of Northern NSW, Djanbung Gardens is globally renowned as one of permaculture's leading education and demonstration sites. Our gardens, celebrating their 30th year anniversary in February 2024, are open to the public on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 10am to 3pm.
Managed by Permaculture College Australia Inc, a non-profit organization specializing in professional training and community education, we offer a range of educational programs in permaculture, earth stewardship, and sustainable practices. Designed by permaculture pioneer Robyn Francis, Djanbung Gardens is a living, working permaculture farm showcasing various permaculture systems and principles. Immerse yourself in the world of permaculture through our residential Permaculture Design Course (PDC), a 2-week intensive learning experience.
