Perpustakaan Sampah is a community education initiative based in Pamoyanan, South Bogor, Indonesia. Its stated purpose is to encourage reading and strengthen public awareness of environmental care, bringing literacy and waste education together. The organization shares articles and news about waste management, plastic pollution, recycling, community waste banks, and practical ways to reduce household waste. Its website also features educational content on farming and local outings, alongside a gallery documenting activities, visitors, and recognition received by its founder, Elan Jaelani.

Beyond publishing information, Perpustakaan Sampah offers programs and services that include consultation, community activities, and opportunities to make donations. The site provides an agenda for activities and contact details for people wishing to connect with the organization. Its work is rooted in Bogor, where it has hosted visits and participated in local environmental and sanitation initiatives. Presented as a project of Ecopedia Foundation, whose stated focus is education, ecology, and economy, Perpustakaan Sampah promotes learning as a way to inspire both reading and responsible environmental practices.
