Song Saver creates personalized songs from the stories, memories, and details customers share about someone they care about. Designed as a meaningful gift or keepsake, its custom songs can celebrate anniversaries, birthdays, weddings, family relationships, personal milestones, or offer tribute to someone who has passed. Customers begin by completing a survey, which provides the material for original lyrics tailored to their story. AI-assisted music and vocals bring the lyrics to life in a chosen style, and customers can listen to a free preview before deciding whether to purchase the complete song.

Finished songs are delivered by email through a private link that can be opened on a phone, tablet, or computer and shared with others. The service highlights studio-quality recordings and offers delivery options with timeframes shown before payment; the site notes that songs may be ready in as little as six hours, with delivery also described as taking 24 hours to seven days. Additional products include printable lyrics PDFs and song refinements for changing the genre, voice, or lyrics.
