Personalcyklar

Personalcyklar is a Swedish provider of employee benefits, specializing in bicycle schemes for employers in both the private and public sectors. Since 2016, it has worked with more than 2,000 employer customers, offering a service designed to make benefit bicycles straightforward to provide and manage. Employers can use Personalcyklar’s portal to offer employees a wide selection of bicycles, including electric bikes and road bikes, available online and through local stores across Sweden.

The company handles agreements, payroll documentation and much of the administration, while employees can pay through salary deduction and choose a bicycle for both commuting and personal use. Personalcyklar states that employees may save up to 40% compared with buying privately; its offering can include an annual check, warranty and insurance. The service is described as cost-neutral for employers, who may also choose to subsidize it.

Personalcyklar additionally offers home gym equipment as a salary-sacrifice benefit, working with Eleiko to help create training spaces for different needs and homes. It is partly owned by Söderberg & Partners
