Personal Pieter

Personal Pieter is a personal training and HYROX coaching brand based in IJmuiden, serving recreational athletes, beginners and people aiming to improve their race performance. Led by coach Pieter, who has completed HYROX Rotterdam, the brand offers individualized training built around each client’s goals, fitness level, schedule and location. Sessions take place at Tinca Tinca Boxing Gym or at a client’s home, office or another suitable location in the surrounding area.

Services include one-to-one and duo personal training, online coaching, and dedicated HYROX preparation for Open, PRO and Doubles. Coaching can cover strength, running, technique, race transitions, pacing and race strategy, with guidance tailored to the demands of each event. Clients receive structured plans, regular check-ins and progress reviews, with options for video feedback and access to a client portal. Personal Pieter also provides practical nutrition and lifestyle guidance designed to be sustainable. New clients can begin with a free introductory meeting or HYROX start check to discuss their goals, assess their starting point and identify a realistic training plan.
