Personal Responsibility Recovery (PRR), also known as PRRecovery, is a nonprofit residential treatment center in Bertram, Texas. Located on 121 acres of protected Hill Country land, its peaceful ranch setting supports focused, individualized care. The 12-bed center treats substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions, with an approach that addresses addiction and mental health together.

PRR offers treatment for alcohol, opioid, and club drug addiction, alongside mental health services for concerns including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders. Licensed clinicians provide individualized assessment, therapy, and ongoing support.
