Peryum Biyoteknoloji

Peryum Biyoteknoloji is a biotechnology company established in February 2020 to help reduce Turkey’s dependence on imported biotechnological raw materials. After conducting research and development, the company began commercial production and positions itself as a manufacturer of ingredients for the food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, and veterinary sectors. Its work focuses on two areas: active molecules, including enzymes, and nanobiotechnology, particularly liposomal products.

Peryum’s product range includes liposomal vitamin C, magnesium, vitamin D3, iron, and glutathione, as well as PeptidZyme, a gluten-hydrolyzing enzyme blend. Products are available as raw materials for business customers, and the company also lists branded liposomal supplements such as LipoPer-C and LipoPer-G.

Its services include liposomal ingredient production, product design and formulation, and stability analysis. Peryum also produces enzyme ingredients intended to help remove gluten contamination in large-scale manufacturing. Additional support includes research and development for new products, quality analyses, and consulting on biotechnology production process design. Its stated goal is to address Turkey’s biotechnological raw-material needs through science-led domestic production.
