Bruno Pešec is a renowned innovator and expert in helping business leaders drive profitable innovation. With over ten years of experience across diverse industries, including defence, manufacturing, education, entertainment, and financial services, Bruno has delivered impactful projects that have positively influenced the GDP of multiple countries. He has an impressive track record of inventing and innovating, overcoming complex challenges, and finding solutions where none seem apparent.

In addition to his corporate experience with brands like DNV, DNB, and Kongsberg Group, Bruno is deeply involved in the global entrepreneurial community. He has co-founded the Norwegian Lean Startup Circle and Founder Institute Norway, both of which are recognized as premier platforms for idea-stage acceleration and startup launches. Bruno frequently mentors and judges at various accelerators, incubators, and events worldwide.

Bruno holds a master's degree with distinction in industrial engineering and management, specializing in production and quality engineering, and an advanced management diploma with a focus on strategy and innovation. He has also received training from Toyota in corporate value creation and innovation. Currently pursuing a doctorate in organizational change, Bruno has a keen interest in the challenges of innovation within large enterprises.

Outside of his professional pursuits, he is a dedicated martial artist, having trained in karate, wrestling, and muay thai since 1997. Bruno's martial arts journey led him to join the Genbukan World Ninpo Bugei Federation and Kokusai Jujutsu Renmei Federation, where he holds the title of dojo-cho (school owner and teacher) at his dojo, named Konpeki, meaning the deep dark blue. Based in Oslo, Norway, Bruno shares his life with his beloved partner, Tamara.
