Peta

Peta Maps is a Malaysian map and navigation app designed around local places, roads, and driver knowledge. It helps people search for businesses and destinations across Malaysia, explore written reviews from other visitors, and plan journeys with live traffic information and road reports. Turn-by-turn directions are presented on clear cards, with spoken guidance in English or Bahasa Melayu, upcoming turns, and highway exit or lane details where available. Drivers can report accidents, hazards, road closures, and lane closures with a tap, while alerts also cover speed cameras and other route conditions.

For longer trips, Peta Maps helps users find rest areas, fuel, charging, and food along their route, compare stops by added driving time, and plan up to five stops. Routes can be compared with estimated toll costs, based on published rates for 205 toll plazas. The app supports Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and iPhone users can share an arrival-time link. Currently in beta, Peta Maps is preparing for iPhone and Android, with early access available.
