פתחיה (Patichia) is an education and development organization dedicated to supporting children, teenagers, and young adults with special needs, as well as their families. Guided by care, respect, trust, and a commitment to helping each child thrive, it combines educational expertise with developmental services and family support.

Its programs span a broad network of special-education settings, including rehabilitative day-care centers, language and developmental kindergartens, communication kindergartens, advancement programs, and the Pituachim school network. The organization also offers multidisciplinary advancement centers, child-development clinics, and rehabilitation swimming services. Its “Growing Together” centers provide guidance and treatment for babies and their families, while Nitzanei Petachia runs after-school programs.

Alongside direct services, Patichia provides professional training and enrichment, including courses for allied health professionals.
