Petcore Europe is the leading association in Europe representing the complete value chain of PET, the largest recycled plastic material on the continent. Our mission is to enhance the value and sustainable growth of the PET industry in Europe. With nearly 66 billion bottles collected and recycled in 2014, accounting for 57% of all bottles, PET proves to be an exceptional packaging material.

Based in Brussels, our association works closely with stakeholders to promote the use of PET as a sustainable packaging choice and to increase post-consumer PET collection and recycling. We engage with European institutions to advocate for the importance of the PET value chain, particularly its significant contribution to the Circular Economy. Our membership comprises leading industry sector associations and individual companies involved in the PET value chain, including PET manufacturers, converters, recyclers, brand owners, and waste management organizations.
