Peter Krause is an AI consultancy serving businesses across the DACH region, with offices in Erding, Germany, and Braunau am Inn, Austria. The agency helps companies assess where artificial intelligence can improve their operations, develop an AI strategy, and put tailored solutions into practice. Its services include custom AI agents, voice AI, conversational AI and chatbots, AI systems, and marketing and content automation. Solutions can support customer service, sales, marketing, administration, and document workflows, with agents designed to automate tasks and work together across more complex processes.

Peter Krause also offers AI Cowork, a company-specific AI system featuring tools such as email automation, meeting summaries, CRM and task management, and custom assistants. Customers can monitor and manage AI-supported processes through an individual dashboard. The agency describes its solutions as configurable for each company’s needs and offers hosting on servers in Germany or on-premises. Its process begins with a free consultation and analysis of business potential, followed by development of an initial agent and, where appropriate, expansion into a broader AI system. Its services are aimed at companies with at least 10 employees.
