PETER/LACKE is a family-owned coatings manufacturer founded in 1906, now led by David N. Peter in the fifth generation. From its beginnings as a regional supplier to the furniture industry, the company has grown into a global partner serving customers across multiple markets. It develops coating systems and distinctive visual and tactile surface effects for automotive, aviation, lifestyle, consumer packaging and metal industries, as well as glass applications.

Its technologies include water-based, powder, solvent-based and UV coatings, alongside Pehapol products. PETER/LACKE supports customers from early design concepts and master sampling through to series production, combining foundational research with customer-specific development.
