Peter Goossens is a Belgian chef renowned for his contribution to fine dining and the country’s gastronomic reputation. For 39 years, he was chef-owner of Restaurant Hof van Cleve, building its identity alongside his wife, Lieve Fermans, through a shared commitment to exceptional flavour, hospitality and guest experience.
