Petits Budes is a children’s yoga and mindfulness brand founded by Miriam Chica del Valle, a yoga instructor for children and families. Its approach introduces young people to yoga through play, songs, stories, movement and shared laughter, creating a relaxed environment without pressure. Classes explore breathing, balance, flexibility and emotions, while encouraging children to understand and care for themselves.
Petits Budes offers yoga and mindfulness classes for children, as well as family sessions at Sala KOAN in Granollers. Its activities are designed to support physical coordination and strength, focus and calm, creativity, confidence and positive relationships. The brand also organizes Kids & Family experiences: healthy, fun family getaways intended to help adults and children connect and share time together. Special offerings include emotional education workshops for parents, with practical guidance for supporting children through challenges such as stress, inattention and low self-esteem.
Children’s classes are held on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, while family sessions take place on Saturdays.
