About PETLA-ohjelma
Perunantutkimuslaitos PETLA is a leading brand catering to potato farmers and businesses in the field. With a focus on research, consultation, training, and publications, PETLA provides valuable insights and knowledge about potatoes and potato cultivation. They conduct extensive studies on varieties, fertilization, crop protection, cultivation techniques, and the economics of farming.
In addition to research and projects, PETLA offers services such as internal and external quality assessments of potatoes, visual disease identification, and phone consultations. Their primary communication channel is the informative TUOTTAVA PERUNA magazine, which provides updates, practical guidance, and research reports.
